When retrofitting your baseboard heaters, follow these steps to ensure a proper fit:

1. Remove one endcap and the front panel, then measure the distance from the floor to the top of the heater. If less than 7.5", use the Wall Brackets to bring the height up by at least 1.25".

2. Measure from the bottom of the heating element to the top of the heater. If the distance is less than 5", use the Wall Brackets. If greater than 6.75", the Premium TALL profile should be used.

3. Measure from the outside face of the finned tube heating element to the back plate. If the distance exceeds 3.25", a wood molding can solve the depth issue.

4. Measure the length and layout, subtracting 1" from the desired coverage area. Panels longer than 6' will require multiple panels and couplers.
